Store of The Month from Zoo Med Laboratories, Inc.

Our store of the month for February is Anaconda Reptiles in Belgium! This store has been open since 1998 and is one of the few European stores that specializes exclusively in reptiles. @anacondareptiles 

Owners Danny and Barbara Win were originally inspired to open Anaconda Reptiles after working for a friend at an aquarium store. It was clear after one year that this was the profession for them, and they opened their own store dedicated just to reptiles.

Unlike American stores, this store operates with a staff of 5 rotating college students who are studying animals in school. They stay for a year each to work at the store before returning to school. In addition to working with local universities, Anaconda Reptiles works with the Antwerpen ZOO.

Owners Danny and Barbara Win strive to offer their customers the best choice in terms of quantity and quality, stocking almost the entire Zoo Med range available in Europe in their store. If you’re in Belgium, make sure to show Anaconda Reptiles some love this month!

Onze winkel van de maand februari is Anaconda Reptiles in België! Deze winkel bestaat al sinds 1998 en is een van de weinige Europese winkels die zich uitsluitend specialiseert in reptielen. @anacondareptiles

Eigenaren Danny en Barbara Win werden geïnspireerd om Anaconda Reptiles te openen nadat ze bij een vriend in een aquariumwinkel hadden gewerkt. Na een jaar was het duidelijk dat dit hun vak was en openden ze hun eigen winkel, volledig gewijd aan reptielen.

In tegenstelling tot Amerikaanse winkels, werkt deze winkel met een team van 5 roulerende studenten die dierkunde studeren. Ze werken elk een jaar in de winkel voordat ze terugkeren naar hun studie. Naast de samenwerking met lokale universiteiten, werkt Anaconda Reptiles ook samen met de dierentuin van Antwerpen.

Eigenaren Danny en Barbara Win streven ernaar hun klanten de beste keuze te bieden qua kwantiteit en kwaliteit en hebben bijna het volledige assortiment van Zoo Med dat in Europa verkrijgbaar is in hun winkel. Als je in België bent, breng dan deze maand zeker een bezoekje aan Anaconda Reptiles!
